THE COUNCIL OF THE FEDERAL STATE OF TIGRAY
Article 48
Members of the State Council
- Members of the state council shall be elected for term of five years on the basis of Universal suffrage and by direct, Free and fair

Powers and Functions of the council of the Federal State
- The council of the Federal state shall have the power of legislation in all matters assigned by the constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of

Meetings of the Council and the Duration of Sessions
